Alginate Ice Cream Stablizer

Directions for use:-
To get excellent resuiltes use 10 gms ALGINATE S4 for 5 Ltr. mir. Quantity of ALGINATE S4 should be throughly in corporated with sugar & little milk to make a smooth paste. Then the same may be gradually stirrred into a the whole mix. It is preferred to get the whole mix boiled & then cooled at room temperature. Add required flavours, colours etc. & freeze.
Always use a dry spoon.
