Preparation of Blancmange:
Put 35 gm. Of corn flour in basin From 570 ml. milk add. Sufficient to the corn flour to make a smooth paste free form lumps. Boil remainder of the milk and whilst still boiling pour over the paste stirring constantly, Add 30 gm sugar to the mixture and steam for 10 mnt. Add a few drops of flavoring and Pour the mixture in freezing trey and put it in the freezer.
